Returns
Our policy for returns lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Upon receiving your items, please inspect them thoroughly. We will only exchange or provide a replacement if the item is defective.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards and some health and personal care items.
In the event that you decide to cancel your standard purchase order before taking possession, a cancellation fee of thirty percent (30%) of the total purchase value will apply.
Once you have received your items, Aafaro Copper cannot accept the return of unboxed, assembled, or used goods if you have simply changed your mind or deemed them unnecessary.
However, if you have a change of mind, a medical reason, or any other valid reason, you may return the product(s) if they are in their original unopened packaging and within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please note that a 50% cancellation fee and shipping charges will apply both ways in such cases.
If you are returning a product due to a medical reason, you must submit a doctor’s certificate prior to making a refund claim.
To complete your return, please provide a receipt, proof of purchase, or order number.
Wait for an email confirmation from a Aafaro Copper representative. You must receive this confirmation before mailing the product back, as it is necessary for us to process your return and issue a refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, if applicable. These include:
- Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first.
Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same one, please email info@aafarocopper.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will provide a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of the return.
Shipping
If the return is not due to our fault, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
